Yousuf Efti, a prominent corporate training and consulting figure in Bangladesh, has recently been appointed Director on the Board of FBHRO (Federation of Bangladesh Human Resource Organizations), a leading organization in managing and developing human resources in Bangladesh.

The announcement of Yousuf Efti’s appointment was made during FBHRO’s sixth-anniversary annual event held on January 18, 2024, at a renowned five-star hotel in the city.

The event began the new year by welcoming Yousuf Efti, Roushan Ali Bulbul, Shah Alam Choudhury, and other new board members from Future Icon, Bangladesh Green HR Professionals, and Bangladesh Center for Research and Planning.

Dr. Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain, President of FBHRO, expressed his joy at having Yousuf Efti on the board and anticipated significant contributions toward the organization’s objectives. Dr. Farid A. Sobhani, Vice-President of FBHRO, commended Yousuf’s visionary and skilled leadership, expecting his inclusion to strengthen FBHRO further. Professor Mainuddin Choudhury, Secretary-General of FBHRO, emphasized the crucial role of dynamic leaders like Yousuf in the organization’s growth.

Yousuf Efti, recognized as a seasoned sales leadership trainer and CEO, is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at Putra Business School, Universiti Putra Malaysia. With over 15 years of experience in sales, including leadership roles at Positron and later as the CSR head at McDonald’s Group, Yousuf has become a seasoned professional in the field.

Yousuf, also the founder of the Parenting Coaches Association of Bangladesh (PCAB), plays a significant role in promoting parenting coaching globally. PCAB has trained over 200 international parenting coaches since its establishment in 2017, raising awareness about parenting through various workshops, seminars, and radio programs.

With a positive mindset, strategic planning, and a focus on instigating positive change, Yousuf Efti envisions contributing to the development of Bangladesh by nurturing skilled professionals and promoting a thoughtful society. His commitment extends to training corporate professionals and youth in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Thailand, and Malaysia.

Professor Dr. Sazzad Hossain, a respected member of the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, graced the event as the chief guest. Distinguished guests such as Dr. M. Sobur Khan, Chairman of the Daffodil Group; Nur Ali, Chairman of the Unique Group; Syed Ishtiaq Reza, CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Global Television; Professor Yasmin Ara, Vice-Chancellor of Uttara University; Professor H.M. Zahirul Haque, Vice-Chancellor of Canadian University; and Professor Anam Meshkat Uddin from South East University were also present.
