Walton, a prominent name in the electronics industry, has introduced an innovative artificial intelligence (AI) feature named ‘AI Doctor,’ developed by the Walton Research and Innovation (R&I) Centre.

The new AI system is designed to enhance the functionality and maintenance of Walton Smart refrigerators, providing a significant leap in the realm of smart home appliances.

The AI Doctor feature was inaugurated at Walton’s corporate office in Dhaka by Mohammad Rayhan, Managing Director of Walton Plaza, alongside Nazrul Islam Sarker and Eva Rizwana Nilu, Additional Managing Directors of Walton Hi-Tech Industries.

Various senior officials attended the launch event, including Tahasinul Haque, Walton Fridge’s Chief Business Officer, and Azmal Ferdous Bappi, Head of Walton Fridge R&I Centre.
