Southeast Bank, Nexus Group sign MoU for payroll services

Southeast Bank PLC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Nexus Group to provide payroll, ATM, and other banking services, according to a press release.

Nuruddin Md Sadeque Hossain, managing director of Southeast Bank, and Rashid Ahmed Hossaini, managing director of Nexus Sweater Industries Pvt Limited, signed the agreement in Dhaka.

Under the agreement, employees of Nexus Sweater Industries Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Nexus Group, will receive salaries through Southeast Bank’s payroll banking service.

“This partnership highlights our commitment to providing seamless banking solutions that enhance financial efficiency and employee satisfaction,” Hossain said.

Senior officials from both organisations, including Abidur Rahman Chowdhury and Masum Uddin Khan, deputy managing directors of Southeast Bank, were present at the signing ceremony.
