Grameenphone unveiled its new line of Internet of Things (IoT) devices, allowing users to monitor and manage gas stoves, lights, and safety features in their homes, offices, and vehicles.

These devices, part of the Alo brand, consist of eight types and come with an accompanying app for control and operation.

Starting December 26, customers can pre-book these gadgets from Grameenphone Experience Centres in Dhaka and Chattogram.

The range includes vehicle trackers, remote sockets, switches, detectors, gas, and smoke detectors, all geared toward Smart Home, Smart Office, and Smart Transportation solutions under the Alo IoT solutions umbrella.

Grameenphone officials highlighted that these advanced devices can be easily managed through a single app, offering maximum convenience to users.

Manufactured by Grameenphone’s partners and branded as Alo, these devices were developed in-house, including the controlling app by the company’s software engineers.

The prices for these IoT products range between Tk 2,800 to Tk 7,000.
