boAt, the well-known Indian audio and wearable brand, has announced its official entry into the Bangladesh market.

The company has signed a national distributor agreement with DX Group, a prominent Bangladeshi conglomerate, to facilitate the distribution of boAt products across the country.

Under this agreement, DX Group will distribute boAt’s products in key markets such as Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Sylhet, and Barishal.

Consumers in Bangladesh can now access a wide selection of boAt products, including TWS earbuds, smartwatches, neckbands, headphones, speakers, chargers, and more.

DX Group’s role goes beyond distribution, as they will also support boAt in various aspects of their business operations. This includes assisting with the onboarding of local partners, acquiring customers, and expanding boAt’s presence in the market.

boAt is a subsidiary of Imagine Marketing Ltd, which was established in 2013.

As a parent company, Imagine Marketing has a diverse product portfolio encompassing audio gear, smart wearables, personal grooming products, and mobile accessories. boAt specifically focuses on delivering lifestyle-oriented products at affordable prices, targeting a young demographic.

DX Group, founded in 2011, operates as an interconnected ecosystem of 12 business verticals. Their operations revolve around distribution, retail, and service domains within Bangladesh.

With the official availability of boAt products in Bangladesh, consumers can look forward to a wider range of audio and wearable options, backed by boAt’s reputation for quality and affordability.
