Nishat Rahman, bKash’s chief customer service officer, received the award from Ahsan H Mansur, governor of the Bangladesh Bank, at the Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden in the capital.
Themed “Leading by Resilience,” the 6th edition of the Mastercard Excellence Awards was given to 26 organizations in 18 categories based on their contribution to financial transactions in the financial year 2023-24.
